At Smartbee, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.
EBBR Tradelink Private Limited is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-
- Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
- Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the Claim.
- Exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by EBBR Tradelink Private Limited.
- COD orders are not eligible for Refund under any circumstances.
- Damages due to the user’s mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- EBBR TRADELINK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
• Sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Has missing parts or accessories
